Lotus Root Ball
Ingredients6 servings
- Lotus root200g
- Onion100g
- All purpose flour25g (or more)
- Self-rising flour25g (or more)
- Salt1/3 tsp
- Oil for deep frying
- *option (add garlic or ginger)
Directions
- Dice onions. Grate lotus root, garlic, and ginger.
- In a bowl, add flour and salt to 1) and mix well. Make bie-sized balls with hands.
(Add more flour if it's too wet, but better to be moist than too stiff.)
- Heat oil, and deep fry 2) until golden brown.
