Soymilk Clam Chowder

Ingredients2 servings
- Onions1 (diced)
- Potato1 (diced)
- Carrots30g (diced)
- Celery20g (diced)
- Bacon strip1/2 (diced)
- Shucked clams50g
- Butter1/2 Tbsp
- Soup stock 1/4 piece
- Water1 cup (200cc)
- Soymilk1 cup (200cc)
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Bay leaf1/2
- Pepperto taste
Directions
- Dice vegetables and bacon, wash clams.
- Melt butter in a pan, saute vegetables and bacon.
- Add water, soup stock, salt, pepper, and bay leaf, heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Add clams and Soymilk at last and heat through and serve.
