Soy Milk

  • Onions1 (diced)
  • Potato1 (diced)
  • Carrots30g (diced)
  • Celery20g (diced)
  • Bacon strip1/2 (diced)
  • Shucked clams50g
  • Butter1/2 Tbsp
  • Soup stock 1/4 piece
  • Water1 cup (200cc)
  • Soymilk1 cup (200cc)
  • Salt1/4 tsp
  • Bay leaf1/2
  • Pepperto taste


  1. Dice vegetables and bacon, wash clams.
  2. Melt butter in a pan, saute vegetables and bacon.
  3. Add water, soup stock, salt, pepper, and bay leaf, heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add clams and Soymilk at last and heat through and serve.
