Soymilk Smoothie (Sweet Potato)

- Soymilk1 cup (200cc)
- Sweet potato80g
- Apple juice60cc
- Honey1 tsp
Directions
- Cover sweet potato with plastic wrap, cook in a microwave for 3-4 minutes. Peel off the skin and cut in chuncks.
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into glass and serve.
