Soymilk Dressing

Ingredients2 servings
- Tomato1
(cut into 8 wedges)
- Avocado1 (peeled, seeded, cut in half-moons)
- Branch basil leaf1 (minced)
- Soymilk1/4 cup (50cc)
- Lemon juice1 Tbsp
- Salt and pepperto taste
- Olive oil1 Tbsp
Directions
- Drizzle cut avocado with 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice. Put aside some basil for garnish and mince the rest.
- Mixing sauce: Add 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper, olive oil, minced basil to Soymilk, and mix well.
- Assort (1) on a plate, put (2) dressing on a salad and garnish with basil.
