Soymilk Dressing

Soy milk

  • Tomato1 (cut into 8 wedges)
  • Avocado1 (peeled, seeded, cut in half-moons)
  • Branch basil leaf1 (minced)
  • Soymilk1/4 cup (50cc)
  • Lemon juice1 Tbsp
  • Salt and pepperto taste
  • Olive oil1 Tbsp


  1. Drizzle cut avocado with 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice. Put aside some basil for garnish and mince the rest.
  2. Mixing sauce: Add 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper, olive oil, minced basil to Soymilk, and mix well.
  3. Assort (1) on a plate, put (2) dressing on a salad and garnish with basil.
