Vinegar

 

Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people

Directions

  1. Wrap tofu with a cloth and press under weight for 1 hour to drain water from the tofu. Beat with ume vinegar, lemon juice and salt in a blender. Cool in a refrigerator.
  2. Spread on garlic toast. Garnish with sliced lemon and minced parsley.
