Tofu Cheese
Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people
- Tofu 1 firm
- Ume (plum) vinegar1Tbsp
- Lemon juice a little
- Sea salt, lemon, parsley moderate amount
Directions
- Wrap tofu with a cloth and press under weight for 1 hour to drain water from the tofu. Beat with ume vinegar, lemon juice and salt in a blender. Cool in a refrigerator.
- Spread on garlic toast. Garnish with sliced lemon and minced parsley.
