Power Up Salad
Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people

- Grated garlic, gingersp1 tsp (each)
- Soy sauce
2 Tbsp
- Sea salt, peppermoderate amount

- Gluten meat
1/2 can
- Starch
2 Tbsp
- White / black sesame

- Cucumber

- Carrots
50g
- Rocket salad
1 bag
- Cherry tomatoes
moderate amount
Directions
- Drain water from gluten meat and cut into bite size pieces and soak in
<A>
- Sprinkle starch on <A> and put sesame on one surface, then fry in oil.
- Cut cucumber in round slices, cut carrots in quarter moons, and mix all with rocket salad.
- Place 2 and 3 in a serving plate and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
