Marinated Steamed Vegetables

Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people

  • Extra virgin olive oil50cc
  • Balsamic vinegar1 Tbsp
  • Garlic (mashed)1 clove
  • Red chili pepper1
  • Parsleya little
  • Sea salt, peppera little
  • Pumpkin150g
  • kidney beans70g
  • Ume (plum) vinegara little
  • Olive oilmoderate amount

Directions

  1. Mix <A> together.
  2. Slice pumpkin into 5mm pieces and cut kidney beans diagonally. sp Put ume vinegar in and mix together lightly.
  3. Put olive oil in a frying pan and saute.
  4. While 3 is hot, marinate with 1. Place in a serving dish.
