Blueberry Jelly with Soy Milk Sauce
Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people
- Kanten Flakes5g
- Water150cc
- Apple juice250cc
- Blueberry jam3 Tbsp
- Soy milk powder3 Tbsp
- Maple syrup1 Tbsp
- Mint(to garnish)
Directions
- Soak kanten powder in 50cc lukewarm water for 30 minutes (until soft).
- Put 1 in a pot with water to dissolve completely.
spAdd apple juice and blueberry jam and pour in a mold to cool down (refrigerate).
- Dissolve soy milk powder with 2 tbsp of water and cream until light and fluffy.
spAdd maple syrup if desired.
- Cut 2 in pieces and place in a serving plate. Pour 3 and garnish with mint.
