Blueberry Jelly with Soy Milk Sauce

Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people

  • Kanten Flakes5g
  • Water150cc
  • Apple juice250cc
  • Blueberry jam3 Tbsp
  • Soy milk powder3 Tbsp
  • Maple syrup1 Tbsp
  • Mint(to garnish)

Directions

  1. Soak kanten powder in 50cc lukewarm water for 30 minutes (until soft).
  2. Put 1 in a pot with water to dissolve completely. spAdd apple juice and blueberry jam and pour in a mold to cool down (refrigerate).
  3. Dissolve soy milk powder with 2 tbsp of water and cream until light and fluffy. spAdd maple syrup if desired.
  4. Cut 2 in pieces and place in a serving plate. Pour 3 and garnish with mint.
