Fresh Tofu
Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people
- Soy milk2L
- Nigari bittern40g
- Natural saltLarge pinch
Directions
- Double-boil the soymilk.
- After heating to over 50C, remove the soymilk from the stove and add Nigari.
- When it becomes firm, scope up the tofu in a desirable size and serve on a plate.
- Add sea salt.
