Sea Salt


Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people


  1. Double-boil the soymilk.
  2. After heating to over 50C, remove the soymilk from the stove and add Nigari.
  3. When it becomes firm, scope up the tofu in a desirable size and serve on a plate.
  4. Add sea salt.
