Kanten Fruit Jello

Soy milk


Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people

  • Kanten bars2-3
  • Soy milk550ml
  • Barley malt60-80g
  • Fruit(strawberry, kiwi fruit...etc) adequate dose


  1. Cut the fruits into pieces, then put them into a container ( inside of the container must be wet ).
  2. Put soy milk and Kanten in a pot, boil for 2 minutes. Then add barley malt.
  3. After cooling down, pour 2 into the container.
  4. Cool in the refrigerator.
