Kanten Salad
Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people
- Kanten Bars2
- Cucumber1
- Tomato1/2
- Wakamea little
- Plum vinegar5 tsp
Directions
- Soak the Kanten in water for 3min. Remove from water and crumble into a dish.
- Cut cucumber, tomato and wakame. Add it to the dish.
- Dress with plum vinegar.
