Tofu with Kanten
Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people
- Kanten Bars2-3
- Dashi soup broth200cc
- Tofu (fresh & silken)300g
- Sesame4 Tbsp
Directions
- Drain the water off the tofu, then grind it with sesame.
- Mix the Kanten and Dashi, then boil for 2 minutes.
- Add 2 into 1 then, pour into a container ( inside of the container must be wet )
- Serve and pour Dashi
- Enjoy with wasabi (japanese horse radish)
