Hijiki Salad with Ume
Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people
- Dried hijiki30g
- Green soybeansadequate dose
- Tuna fish1 can
- Vegetable oiladequate dose
- (A)
- Plum concentrate shoyuadequate dose
- Brown sugar 4 tsp
- Rice vinegar adequate dose
- White sesame2 tsp
Directions
- Reconstitute the hijiki by soaking it in water.
- Boil green soybeans and take beans out of pod. Drain the tuna.
- Mix well with (A).
