Ume Spaghetti

     
Umeboshi
Sea Salt
Shiso

 

Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people

Directions

  1. Boil spaghetti with a pinch of sea salt
  2. Drain off the water
  3. Add vegetable oil and shiso leaves
  4. Mix well, add left-over shiso leaves
  5. Remove seeds from the umeboshi and crush
  6. Add to the spaghetti before serving
