Ume Spaghetti
Ingredientsfor 4 to 5 people
- Umeboshi (pickled plum)3 pieces
- Spaghetti300g
- Sea Saltadequate dose
- Vegetable oiladequate dose
- Shiso (pickeled beefsteak) leaves cut into small strips
Directions
- Boil spaghetti with a pinch of sea salt
- Drain off the water
- Add vegetable oil and shiso leaves
- Mix well, add left-over shiso leaves
- Remove seeds from the umeboshi and crush
- Add to the spaghetti before serving
